The Institute of Asian Studies has organised an Workshop on Korean Art and Culture with the Collaboration of the Korea Foundation, Seoul, from 13th - 16th December 2007. Large Number of Scholars participated in this programme. This was innaugurated by Mr. Christodoss Gandhi, IAS , Secratry to Government of Tamil nadu. Few Korean Scholars delivered lectures on various aspects of the literary and Cultural Heritage of the people of Korea.This is the First Workshop on Korean Art and Culture organised in India Following are the few photographs takemn during this significant event.
